How do I place an order?
Find the item you want, select the quantity, and then click the “Add to Cart” button. When you’ve finished browsing and are ready to check out, click the shopping cart icon at the top right corner of your screen and click the “CHECKOUT” button to continue. At the Checkout page, you will enter and confirm your billing, shipping and payment information. Payments will be made securely using PayPal.
What if I want to buy a larger quantity of an item than the website currently allows?

How can I place an order by phone?
Currently we only take small orders via our website. For larger orders you can call us at 6640-6741 and we will assist you.
How can I check my order status?
Send us a quick email at firstname.lastname@example.org , or send us a message via our Facebook page and we will let you know of your order status.
How can I change or cancel an order I just made?
Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible at email@example.com or call us 6640-6741 and we will assist you during our Customer Service hours – Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday – Closed. If we have already shipped your order, we cannot cancel it.
Which delivery service do you use?
Delivery will be handled via various channels depending on the size and value of the order.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed via our website shall be accumulated and processed every Monday and Thursday.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We currently use PayPal as our payment gateway due to its flexibility and security. Users without PayPal accounts can still pay using Debit/Credit cards.
How do I use a special offer/coupon code?
If you have a promo code, simply enter it in the Promo Code box during checkout. Your special offer/coupon will be applied to your purchase. If you have difficulty entering the code, or it does not apply the proper discount, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will endeavour to assist you in the quickest possible timeframe.
I live outside Singapore. Can I still place an order?
We do not offer International Shipping via our Website, however please do send us your enquiry to email@example.com and we will try to assist you.
